Flooring & Surface Materials

Shock-Absorbing Rubber Flooring: Provides safety and comfort for cardio and strength zones.
Wood or Engineered Flooring: Adds warmth and elegance to functional areas like yoga/stretch zones.
Wall Treatments: High-quality decorative panels, sound-absorbing materials, and painted finishes for durability and acoustic comfort.

Gym Equipment & Fixtures

Cardio Equipment: Treadmills, stationary bikes, and ellipticals with digital consoles for smart tracking.
Strength & Functional Equipment: Free weights, multi-functional strength machines, TRX systems, and medicine balls.
Storage Solutions: Custom cabinetry for towels, accessories, and gym essentials that blends with interior design.

Software/Tools Used

For the Private Villa Gym project, we employed a comprehensive set of software tools to ensure precision, visualization, and seamless project execution. Design and 3D modeling were carried out using AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), SketchUp, and 3ds Max, while rendering and real-time visualization were achieved with Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape, and Twinmotion. Material selection and interior planning utilized Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and FF&E catalog tools to coordinate finishes, colors, and textures. Project management and coordination were supported by Microsoft Project, Primavera, Trello, Asana, and Bluebeam Revu, ensuring scheduling, resource allocation, and contractor collaboration. Technical and lighting analysis employed ETABS, SAP2000, and Dialux for structural and lighting optimization. Finally, client presentations and documentation were handled via PowerPoint, Keynote, and Adobe Acrobat Pro, providing clear communication and approval workflows.
